Catching a Shout in the Street

Started in 2007 while I was an exchange student in Singapore, this blog sat inactive while I finished college and worked for a few years after graduation. Soon I will leave Oregon for Nakuru, Kenya with Katie Cobb. We will spend eight months volunteering - myself at a school and microfinance organization, her at a hospital. This blog will tell the story of what we're doing, where we're going, and how sick we are. (Just kidding, Mom!)

Because you can only die from Malaria once...

Matt Hoffman, my roommate of two years and fellow duck here at NUS, has started his own blog, "Gullible's Travels." You can read his (funny) perspective on life in the tropics at proofihaventdiedfromdengue.blogspot.com.
